RESERVATIONS WILL BE ACCEPTED STARTING ON JUNE 15, 2006.
The KY Fair & Expo Center is the location for all National Specialty competitive events other than Tracking. It is located across the street from the Executive Inn, the host hotel, which does not permit RV parking on site.
The Fair & Expo Center facility has 150 RV spots with hookups on site. Hookups include electricity, place to fill water, dump station (both fill and empty), and shower house. The rate is $45 per night.
RESERVATIONS FOR RV PARKING WITH ELECTRICAL HOOKUPS MUST BE MADE DIRECTLY THROUGH THE KY FAIR & EXPO CENTER BY TELEPHONE AT (502) 367-5384 DURING NORMAL BUSINESS HOURS, MONDAY THROUGH FRIDAY. You must use a MasterCard or Visa to secure your reservation. The first night is non-refundable.
Reservations for hookup sites will be honored on a “first come, first served” basis and will be accepted starting on June 15, 2006.
There are also an unlimited number of dry camping spots available at $25 per night. Amenities include water, dump station and shower house. These sites are scattered throughout the facility and are available on a first come, first served basis on the day you arrive.
The KY Fair & Expo Center may be hosting other events at the facility while the 2007 National Specialty is in progress. The RV sites will be available to participants in all of the events at the Fair & Expo Center, not just BMDCA, so make your reservations early.
